Tangdi kebab
Ingredients:
- 2 pieces Chicken leg (thigh)
- 20 gm Chilli powder
- 10 gm Ginger and Garlic paste
- 7 ml Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Black salt
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 15 gm Hung curd
- 10 ml Mustard oil
Method:
- Make the
- batter mixing with all ingredients and curd.
- Rub the batter with the chicken
- Keep for half hour in the freezer.
- Roast in the clay oven or BBQ or oven
