Prawns curry


Prawns:  1/2 kg
Turmeric: ½ tsp
Chilli powder: ½ tsp
Coriander powder: 1 tsp
Mustard powder coarse: ½ tsp
Sliced onion: 1
Coconut milk: 1 tbsp
Oil: 100 ml
Green chillies: 3-4
Salt to taste
Lemon: 1
Green coriander: ½ bunch

Method
-Marinate the prawns with salt, turmeric and lemon.
-Heat some oil, saute the prawns and keep aside.
-In the hot oil, add the other masala and saute for a while.
-Prepare the coconut milk and add at the end. Do not boil after that.
-Garnish with slit green chillies and green coriander.
